Onyx TTS is developed by OnyxForge. This application provides a text to speech engine for Android devices.
Onyx TTS does not require users to create an account and does not collect personal information. Text provided to the app may be processed in order to generate speech output.
Many voices operate entirely on the device. When using these voices, text is processed locally and no data is transmitted outside the device. The application may store voice models, configuration settings, and cached audio files locally in the app’s private storage.
Some optional voices may rely on third party voice providers. If users enable these features, text may be sent to the selected provider to generate speech audio. The privacy policies of those providers apply to those requests.
The app may use services provided by Google Play or external voice APIs configured by the user.
The application is designed to minimize data collection and store configuration data only on the device whenever possible.
This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
